HOW DO I REGISTER MYSELF OR MY CHILD FOR A CLASS OR WORKSHOP?
Registration is available by credit or debit card. Simply click on the REGISTER button below the class you would like to sign up for.
CAN I OR MY CHILD DROP IN TO A CLASS?
Students must pre-register for all sessions and workshops, in order for me to set up my classroom with an accurate desk arrangement and materials distribution.
DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?
I do not give refunds. If a student is unable to attend a class they have registered for, I will work with the student or the parent to find an alternative from my current schedule.
WHAT KIND OF ART PROJECTS DO STUDENTS MAKE IN YOUR CLASSROOM?
During workshops, students focus on a particular style or subject matter. During classes, students have the option of creating a wide variety of still-life, portraits, landscapes, and abstracts, using a range of materials including graphite pencils, colored pencils, watercolor paints, and acrylic paints.
CAN I WAIT WHILE MY CHILD IS IN CLASS?
Yes, I have a waiting area for parents/guardians in the classroom.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
I am located at Hatch Street Studios, 88 Hatch Street in the North End of New Bedford. Hatch Street is a one-way street off of Belleville Avenue. Look for the large free parking lot on your left, marked with a sign. Enter the four-story brick mill building through the green doorway and follow signs to our space on the second floor, # 210.
DO STUDENTS NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO CLASS?
All art supplies are provided, so no need to bring anything.
DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE LESSONS?
My class structure and small class size ensures that each student receives extensive individual attention, as if they are receiving private lessons.
DO YOU HAVE CLASSES FOR CHILDREN YOUNGER THAN AGE 9?
I do not, but I highly recommend the programs at the Marion Art Center in Marion or the Westport Art Group in Westport.
